Vibe Recruit appoints Rachel Sheehy as permanent recruitment partner

Vibe Recruit has appointed Rachel Sheehy (pictured, left) as permanent recruitment partner as it expands its permanent recruitment division.

Sheehy joins the business with more than 10 years of recruitment industry experience.

In her new role, she will support employers with permanent recruitment, develop client relationships and work with businesses to understand their hiring needs.

Sheehy said: “I’m really excited to be joining Vibe. Having worked in recruitment for over 10 years, Vibe is a business I’ve known for some time, and the reputation it has built within the industry was a big part of what attracted me to the role.

“For me, the people were just as important. From my first conversations with the team, everyone was so welcoming, and I got a really positive feel for the culture and the way people work together. 

“It felt like the right environment for me and somewhere I could genuinely see myself being part of.”

Sheehy added: “I’m looking forward to bringing my experience to the role, getting to know our clients and candidates, building new relationships and helping to grow the Permanent division.”
