Workplace design business Squaredot has been acquired by audio-visual technology firm SPOR Group.

Squaredot will continue to operate from its studio in Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire, with its existing team.

Kris Krokosz (pictured, left) will remain managing director, while David Kramer will continue as business consultant.

The acquisition brings Squaredot’s workplace design services together with SPOR Group’s technology and audio-visual integration work.

The business will gain access to SPOR Group’s resources, capacity and Maidenhead office.
