incentifi has launched a UK beta programme and has welcomed Marcus Watson (pictured), co-founder and chairman of Adoreum Partners, as an investor.

The employee rewards platform links everyday health and wellbeing activities to travel and financial rewards.

Watson said: “Wellbeing is spoken about far more often than it’s actually rewarded. incentifi closes that gap, turning everyday healthy habits into travel and real financial value, funded by the model rather than an employer’s budget.

“The best businesses are the ones where doing right by people and building something commercial pulls in the same direction. incentifi does both.

“I am delighted to be backing the team.”

The beta programme will run for an initial three to four weeks with a limited number of companies.

It will test the platform, gather feedback from employers and employees, and identify changes ahead of its full launch.

Enzo Tech Group, Primis Talent and M.S Webb will take part in the programme.

Incentifi will also use the beta period to fill its remaining founding member places.

Participating companies will receive preferential pricing, early access to features and contact with the product team.

“His track record of building and investing in successful businesses across technology, health and wellness makes his backing particularly meaningful.

“His investment is a real vote of confidence in the business and the opportunity ahead as we move into the beta phase.”
