HiBob secures Salesforce investment to support AI expansion
The investment will support HiBob’s development from an HR platform towards what it describes as an “organisational intelligence layer”.
HiBob has secured an investment led by Salesforce, with additional participation from Farallon, as it looks to expand its use of workforce data and organisational intelligence in AI-powered businesses.
The investment will support HiBob’s development from an HR platform towards what it describes as an “organisational intelligence layer”, providing workforce context to businesses using artificial intelligence (AI) agents and automated workflows.
Ronni Zehavi, CEO and co-founder of HiBob, said: “We founded HiBob with a simple conviction: The world of work has transformed, and will continue to transform at a rapid pace.
“Salesforce’s investment validates our belief that AI is not only changing technology, it is changing the architecture of organisations.
“As people and AI agents increasingly work side by side, trusted workforce context will become fundamental to how companies redesign work, empower managers, and make better decisions.”
Zehavi added: “The biggest mistake companies can make is to think AI is primarily a technology story.
“It is an organizational and managerial revolution. The winners will not simply have the best AI model. They will build the best organisations for the AI era.”
The investment builds on HiBob’s existing integration with Slack, which is designed to make workforce information available to employees and managers within the collaboration platform.
