Workers who used AI collaboratively were more likely to say it had expanded their responsibilities, improved their career prospects and helped them show more value at work.

Andrew McCarthy, EMEA general manager at Notion, said: “AI is already having a meaningful impact on people’s careers, especially younger workers – helping them to take on greater responsibilities, demonstrate more value and develop new skills.

“Across the UK, momentum around AI is building – from government focus and national initiatives to businesses finding practical, high-impact ways to reimagine how teams work.

“The opportunity now is to make sure that momentum translates into everyday working life.”
