Culture15 has launched an updated version of Rose, its artificial intelligence (AI) assistant designed to turn workplace culture data into practical advice.

Rose uses an organisation’s data to help senior leaders, managers and people teams understand workplace behaviour and identify areas for improvement.

The assistant provides senior teams with an overview of culture data, benchmarks against similar organisations and comparisons between departments.

Managers receive analysis and suggested actions based on their role and team, while people and culture teams can monitor progress across the business.

Rose also includes a 24-hour chatbot that allows users to explore quantitative and qualitative feedback.

It can respond in the user’s written language to support teams in different countries.

Charlie Coode, founder at Culture15, said: “Culture doesn’t live in values statements.

“It shows up in how people make decisions, work together and deliver against strategy every day.

“The new generation of Rose is designed to make that visible and actionable.”

Coode added: “By drawing on an organisation’s own Culture15 data, it gives leaders and managers practical guidance on what is happening in their culture, why it matters and where to act next.

“Our view is simple: if culture shapes business outcomes, businesses need to manage it with the same clarity and confidence as any other performance indicator.”
