Castlebridge Hospitality Management appoints director of people and culture

Castlebridge Hospitality Management has appointed Janet Roberts (pictured) as director of people and culture.

Roberts joins from Cycas Hospitality and will oversee the company’s people strategy, including staff recruitment, development and retention across its hotel portfolio.

Roberts brings more than 40 years of experience in the hospitality industry. 

Her background covers hotel operations, human resources (HR), learning and development, talent management, employee engagement and organisational growth.

She will support work covering learning and development, wellbeing, diversity and inclusion, employee engagement and career progression.

Roberts said: “I am excited to be joining Castlebridge Hospitality Management at such an important stage in its growth journey.
