Broadstone launches ‘Flexcel Elements’ to help smaller employers modernise employee benefits strategies
The platform includes benefits information, financial education, targeted employee calls to action, access to voluntary benefits, a shopping discount portal and a wellbeing calendar.
Broadstone has launched ‘Flexcel Elements’, a new approach to benefits technology designed for employers with 250 employees or fewer.
Flexcel Elements is a modular benefits platform, which aims to help smaller employers modernise their benefits offering and boost employee engagement without the complexity or cost of a full flex platform.
The platform includes benefits information, financial education, targeted employee calls to action, access to voluntary benefits, a shopping discount portal and a wellbeing calendar.
It is also fully digital enabling employees to access the platform 24/7 to explore benefits, manage pensions and access curated wellbeing content.
Brett Hill, head of health and protection at Broadstone, said: “Organisations invest heavily in employee benefits, but too often employees are unaware of the support available to them or fail to engage with it.
“That means employers can struggle to realise the full value of their investment.
“This challenge is particularly acute for smaller businesses, which have traditionally lacked access to benefits technology that is both effective and affordable.”
Hill added: “Flexcel Elements is designed to bridge that gap.
