Broadstone appoints Josh Clark as senior employee benefits consultant

Broadstone has appointed Josh Clark (pictured) as senior employee benefits consultant within its risk and health team.

Clark joins from Aon and brings more than 15 years of experience across the employee benefits and insurance sector.

He began his career as a business administration apprentice before moving into consulting, with previous roles at employee benefits and insurance brokers including Lockton and Towergate.

In his new role, Clark will work within Broadstone’s Employee Benefits Consulting division, supporting employers with their risk and health requirements and developing benefits strategies aimed at attracting and retaining employees.

The division advises employers across areas including healthcare, risk and wellbeing, with Broadstone reporting growing demand for independent employee benefits advice.

Clark said: “I’m excited to be joining Broadstone and starting the next chapter of my career with such an ambitious and growing business.

“I’m looking forward to bringing my experience to Broadstone’s talented team, and to working with clients to help them navigate the evolving risk and health landscape.”
