Ankura launches ‘AI by Design’ to support workplace AI adoption
The AI by Design practice will serve clients across Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), focusing on AI strategy, governance and workforce transformation.
Ankura has launched a new artificial intelligence (AI) practice in the UK aimed at helping organisations embed the technology across their operations and workforce.
The AI by Design practice will serve clients across Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), focusing on AI strategy, governance and workforce transformation.
It will support organisations with areas including operating models, skills, systems, governance, talent and culture as they adopt AI.
The practice is structured around three areas: AI strategy, AI governance engineering and AI workforce transformation.
Its workforce offering will focus on redesigning roles, reskilling employees and embedding organisational change to support AI adoption.
Catriona Campbell MBE, practice lead for Ankura AI by Design, said: “Most enterprise AI stalls because organizations are not ready to adopt it, govern it, or redesign work and systems around it, Ankura AI by Design closes that gap.”
The practice will also work with specialist partners Decoded on AI literacy and workforce reskilling, Seymour-Powell on human-centred design and Inference Group on AI engineering and delivery.
Hywel Ball, AI Advisory Council member and former EY UK chair, said: “AI transformation programmes usually break down due to organisation challenges rather than the underlying technology itself.
