Affinity Workforce Solutions acquires Training Toolz
Affinity will now offer staff training, compliance management and professional development tools to schools and multi-academy trusts.
Affinity Workforce Solutions has acquired education training platform Training Toolz.
The deal brings CandidateGo and Training Schoolz into the group.
Training Schoolz has been rebranded as Affinity Elevate, a platform for staff training, compliance management and professional development in schools and multi-academy trusts.
A trust-wide version, Affinity Elevate 360, was also introduced to help multi-academy trusts manage training and compliance across their schools.
CandidateGo continues as a separate product, providing online training and compliance services for education recruitment agencies.
The platform allows agencies to provide professional development, monitor course completion and keep training records.
It also helps them check candidates who have completed mandatory training before their first placement.
