The Bedford College Group welcomes ITFixio as employer partner

The Bedford College Group has welcomed ITFixio as its latest employer partner. 

ITFixio, based in Kettering, provides IT support, cybersecurity and cloud services to businesses. 

The partnership started after Ian Tinto, business engagement account manager at The Bedford College Group, met the ITFixio team at local networking events and began discussing apprenticeships and other ways to work together. 

ITFixio is already working with the college to recruit a level 4 sales executive apprentice.

Nik Gazis, founder and CEO of ITFixio, said: “We’re really pleased to become an Employer Partner and are looking forward to getting involved. 

“We want to talk to students about our industry and show them the range of jobs within it, while hopefully being able to take on more apprentices as our business grows.”

ITFixio plans to meet business students at Tresham College and look at other ways to work with students across The Bedford College Group, including careers events, talks, networking and Q&A sessions.

Rachel Roberts, partnership manager at The Bedford College Group, said: “Our Employer Partners give students the chance to hear directly from businesses and find out what different industries are really like and the routes they could take after college.
