Sizewell C appoints Rullion to power next generation of nuclear talent

Sizewell C has appointed Rullion, the workforce solutions provider, to manage its early careers recruitment programme as part of the nuclear power station’s construction. 

Rullion will run the recruitment process for apprentices, graduates, industrial placement students and interns from Suffolk and across the UK under an initial 3-year partnership.

Sizewell C plans to create around 1,500 apprenticeships during construction, with at least 540 set aside for people from Suffolk. 

In September, 28 apprentices will join Sizewell C across 11 apprenticeship programmes, along with 60 graduates and industrial placement students. 

These roles cover nuclear engineering, civil engineering, project management, cyber security, data analytics, quality, health and safety, business administration and countryside management.
