Scottish Leather Group selects Standard Life to deliver new workplace pension scheme

Scottish Leather Group has moved its pension scheme to Standard Life, with members joining Standard Life’s Group Flexible Retirement Plan. 

The company worked with Broadstone to find a provider that could deliver strong governance, member support and digital tools, while making the switch simple for employees.

The process included a competitive tender and a visit from the Standard Life team to Scottish Leather Group’s Renfrewshire headquarters. 

To help with the change, Standard Life set up an employer microsite and sent out communications to members. 

Two Direct Offer Transfer Value exercises were also completed to help members consolidate their savings and get more involved in their pensions.
