O.C. Tanner and Kudoboard partner on employee recognition platform

O.C. Tanner and Kudoboard have formed a new partnership aimed at expanding employee recognition and workplace celebration experiences.

The partnership will integrate Kudoboard’s collaborative celebration technology into O.C. Tanner’s Culture Cloud platform, allowing organisations to create shared recognition experiences for employees.

The integration has been designed to support organisations in recognising achievements, welcoming new employees, celebrating workplace events and highlighting team successes.

It will also enable participation among employees working on-site, remotely or across different locations, with the companies aiming to strengthen employee connection and engagement through shared celebrations.
