Graeme Welsh, employment advisor at Karbon Foundation, said: “We get a lot of requests from people wanting to find out more about working at Karbon.

“We developed Step into Karbon to formalise work experience opportunities here and give a meaningful programme of activity to the people who take part.

“What makes Step into Karbon unique is the chance to work with a variety of departments across the organisation.”

Welsh added: “This means they can gain experience in an area that interests them or that they may previously have never thought about working in.

“Our employment and skills team and Sellick Partnership will be with them along the way to support with developing employability skills, interpersonal skills and more practical skills.
