Inchcape appoints Patrick Bradley as CPO

He succeeds Helen Cunningham, who will retire on 1st September after 10 years with the group.

Inchcape, the global automotive group, has appointed Patrick Bradley as chief people officer (CPO). 

He succeeds Helen Cunningham, who will retire on 1st September after 10 years with the group. 

Based in London, Bradley will lead Inchcape’s global people strategy, with responsibility for talent and leadership development, engagement, organisational effectiveness, diversity and inclusion, reward, and health, safety and wellbeing.

Bradley has held senior people roles at Lloyds Banking Group, Barclays, Marks & Spencer, BT and EE, and joined Inchcape from Brambles, where he was chief transformation and customer experience officer after serving as CPO.

Bradley said: “I am delighted to be joining Inchcape at such an important stage in its development.
