Cezanne HR launches AI helpdesk to streamline employee support
The new system brings self-service, escalation, routing, and reporting into one place, making it easier to manage and show the volume of work.
Cezanne HR has launched AI Helpdesk, adding artificial intelligence (AI)-powered employee support to its HRIS platform.
The new feature lets employees ask HR questions in their own words and get instant answers based on their organisation’s policies and documents.
If a question cannot be answered through self-service, it is categorised and routed to the right team, with every conversation tracked from start to closure.
HR teams get a clear view of workload and an evidence trail for reporting.
Cezanne HR launched AI Helpdesk after feedback from HR teams who said they spend much of their week handling employee questions from scattered channels.
The new system brings self-service, escalation, routing, and reporting into one place, making it easier to manage and show the volume of work.
Julie Lally, chief product officer at Cezanne HR, said: “It’s a real privilege to be launching such a game-changing feature for HR teams.
“AI Helpdesk is about giving HR teams their time back whilst employees get straightforward, trustworthy answers the moment they need them, and HR gets structure and visibility over everything that still needs a human – so nothing falls through the cracks, and the work HR does every day is finally easy to show.”
