Cairn Hotel Group launches ‘Holiday from your Business’ package

The package will help owners and senior leaders step away from operational pressures and reset their focus.

Cairn Hotel Group has launched a ‘Holiday from your Business’ package to help owners and senior leaders step away from operational pressures and reset their focus. 

The package includes an overnight stay with a sleep recovery wellness kit, wi-fi free zones and all-inclusive style meeting days with access to hotel and spa facilities.

The launch follows its research which found 56% of senior decision makers in the UK felt they were always ‘on’ and had little time to step back and think strategically. 

Among them, 20% said they were in firefighting mode. 

More than a quarter said having reflection time significantly improved their business performance and decision making.

Cairn Hotel Group is calling for nominations for business owners who deserve to be rewarded with a Holiday from your Business break. 

Nominations can be made via DoubleTree by Hilton Majestic Hotel & Spa or Crowne Plaza Gerrards Cross and should include reasons why the nominee deserves to win.

More than 60% of UK businesses said team training and away day budgets are being cut in 2026.

Cairn Hotel Group will launch new affordable and flexible meeting and events packages at its hotels to help teams step away from the everyday business environment and make time for reflection, planning and strategic clarity.

The £49 per person  package at Majestic Hotel & Spa includes holiday-inspired benefits for teams, like a Mediterranean-style two-course lunch, outdoor breakout space with an iced coffee station, mini tubs of ice cream for an afternoon break and optional wellbeing add-ons such as outdoor sound bath sessions and team-building games.

At Crowne Plaza Gerrards Cross, the Summer Day Delegate package is £50 per person and offers a two-course lunch, grazing and hydration station, high-tech meeting functionality and add-ons like a cold brew coffee station with syrups, brain-boosting snacks and functional drinks, a guided five-minute stretch break and an ice cream station.
