Brook Street has released the third season of its PeopleFirst podcast, now available for free on YouTube, Spotify and Apple Podcasts.

The new season aims to help young people navigate the world of work, at a time when more than one million young people in the UK are not in education, employment or training (NEET).

PeopleFirst brings together careers experts, employers and role models who share practical advice on employability, careers, networking, confidence and financial wellbeing.

The latest series includes guests like Rotimi Merriman-Johnson, Tom Cheung, Paul Farrer and Shay Loko, each offering their insights and experiences for young listeners.

Jordan Spry, host of the PeopleFirst podcast, said: “Starting your career can feel overwhelming, especially when there’s so much advice coming from so many different places.

“That’s why PeopleFirst exists. We wanted to create honest conversations with people who’ve built successful careers, overcome setbacks and can share practical guidance that young people can actually use.

“I’m incredibly excited for listeners to hear from this season’s guests and take away insights that help them feel more confident about their future.”
