WIBF strengthens executive board with new CPO and COO
Joanna Scott joins as chief people officer (CPO), while Sabree Kansagra has joined as chief operating officer (COO).
Women in Banking & Finance (WIBF) has appointed Joanna Scott as chief people officer (CPO) and Sabree Kansagra as chief operating officer (COO) to its executive board.
Scott joins from the National Wealth Fund, where she was head of people services.
She brings experience in reward, organisational transformation, HR operations and pension governance, with a focus on operational HR, including reward, benefits, payroll, talent acquisition and HR operations.
Kansagra has worked at KPMG and Interpath Advisory, supporting organisations through strategic, operational and transformational challenges.
She is also co-founder of Friendsline International, a charity for the wellbeing of women and girls, and brings a focus on governance, data, operational delivery and sustainability.
Scott and Kansagra join Vicky Soden, CEO of WIBF, Diya Patel, CFO at WIBF, and head of branches Jennie Koo on the executive board.
