Red Kite appoints chief people and transformation officer

Red Kite has appointed Unji Mathur (pictured) as its first chief people and transformation officer, starting in mid-August.
Mathur is currently chief people officer (CPO) at the University of Bedfordshire and has previously worked as executive director of people, technology and transformation at Bron Afon Community Housing in Wales.
Mathur said: “I’m really excited to be joining the talented and committed team at Red Kite at such an important time for the organisation.
“I’m looking forward to getting to know colleagues and customers and supporting its continued focus on innovation, improvement and delivering even more for the people it serves.”
