Onebright Group acquires Mindstep to expand digital mental health support

Onebright Group, the private outpatient mental healthcare and neurodevelopmental services provider, has acquired Mindstep, a digital mental health platform, for an undisclosed sum. 

The acquisition means Mindstep’s digital screening, triage and self-care content will join Onebright Group’s existing clinical assessment, psychological therapy, psychiatry and neurodevelopmental services. 

Organisations and individuals will now have access to a digital front door for everyday mental health support through personalised self-care tools and clinically validated mental health assessments.
