Neuroinclusive workplaces should be a business priority, says Everway CPO
Cathy Donnelly, CPO at Everway, said: “When workplaces are designed with different minds in mind, everyone benefits.”
Cathy Donnelly, chief people officer (CPO) at Everway, said creating a neuroinclusive workplace should be a business priority and not just a nice-to-have.
Research found two in five (40%) neuroinclusive businesses reported better retention when inclusive support was embedded in the workplace.
Donnelly said: “Creating a neuroinclusive workplace is no longer a nice-to-have; it is a business priority.
“When people can work in ways that suit how their minds work, they are more likely to feel supported, stay engaged and do their best work.
“For HR leaders, neuroinclusion is about more than policies. It shapes how organisations hire, onboard, support and retain their people.”
Donnelly added: “It is not about getting everything perfect overnight.
“Small, practical changes, like clearer communication, flexible ways of working and accessible tools, can make a big difference.
