Munnelly Group appoints group board director – people and culture

Munnelly Group has appointed Matt Duck (pictured) to its board as group board director – people and culture.
Duck will lead the people and culture function across all eight of the group’s brands – Munnelly Support Services, Guardior, MacRail, Bishopsgate Group, City Calling, Weston Analytics, Bridgehead Consultancy and Severn Partnership.
He has worked in senior HR roles for 25 years and joined Munnelly Group as a consultant before becoming group director of HR in 2023.
Since joining, Duck has built the HR team, relaunched the reward and recognition strategy, improved employee relations and delivered leadership workshops.
Duck said: “I am extremely honoured and delighted to be the new group board director – people and culture.
“This is a pivotal time for everyone connected with the business as the people and culture function prepares to deliver a journey of growth across the Group.
“My aim is to build on the work that has already been put in place and to continue to make Munnelly Group a proud, people-focused organisation, where further enhanced leadership capabilities are developed to bring out the best in every employee here so that we can all achieve, together.”
