Mediazoo launches campaign to improve workplace performance
The Human Performance campaign brings together the group's three specialist businesses – Mediazoo, Uncertainty Experts and Finer Vision – to support organisations in developing leaders, teams and workplace cultures.
Mediazoo Group has launched an eight-week campaign aimed at helping organisations improve leadership, learning and workplace performance by combining behavioural science, creative storytelling and artificial intelligence (AI).
The Human Performance campaign brings together the group’s three specialist businesses – Mediazoo, Uncertainty Experts and Finer Vision – to support organisations in developing leaders, teams and workplace cultures.
The campaign follows findings from the Uncertainty Experts’ ‘Decisiveness Crisis Report’, which found that 65% of leaders prioritise certainty over clarity under pressure, contributing to slower decision-making, lower confidence and a disconnect between leadership intent and organisational performance.
As part of the campaign, Mediazoo will, for the first time, make a decade of client films publicly available through its website and social media channels.
The Human Performance Film Series aims to demonstrate how storytelling and creative communications can influence behaviour and support organisational change.
Each film will be accompanied by commentary from Liz Robinson (pictured), managing director of Mediazoo Creative Studio, explaining the behavioural objectives behind the work and the outcomes achieved.
Robinson said: “These aren’t simply our favourite films, these are films that are catalysts.
“Collectively, they show how creativity can drive real behaviour change and improve performance.”
