Leasing Options launches Training Academy to attract new talent

Leasing Options has launched the Leasing Options Training Academy, designed to support the company’s growth, attract talent and maintain employee development standards.

The training academy has been created to provide a structured and consistent approach to onboarding, training and professional development across the business.

It will support both new and existing colleagues to ensure every team member has access to the knowledge, skills and support needed to deliver positive customer experiences.

The academy also aims to play a key role in attracting and developing future talent, creating clear career pathways and supporting internal progression opportunities.

Leading the initiative is Chris Sykes, who has spent over a decade with Leasing Options and progressed to the role of sales manager.

During that time, Leasing Options said that Skyes has supported sales performance, developed colleagues and helped to shape a high-performing team culture.

He is joined by Stuart Wallbanks, who has over 20 years of experience from across the motor industry and most recently worked with Leasing Options as a third-party consultant through Symco Training before joining the team.

Together, they will oversee the development of the academy’s training programmes, onboarding processes and wider framework, to ensure colleagues have the support, skills and knowledge they need to succeed at every stage of their careers.
