ICIMS launches High-Volume Hiring Solution to help employers hire at scale

ICIMS has launched its High Volume Hiring solution to help employers hire at scale and improve the candidate application experience. 

The new software, part of its Summer 2026 release, includes artificial intelligence (AI)-powered application processes, streamlined workflows and embedded recruiting analytics to support high-volume, seasonal and frontline roles.

According to ICIMS Insights, frontline job openings were up 9% year-on-year in May 2026, while application volumes dropped 18%.
