First Advantage launches background screening platform for small businesses

First Advantage has launched a new background screening platform for UK small businesses. 

The service allows employers to select checks as needed and invite candidates to complete them digitally, all on a self-service platform.

The launch aims to address hiring challenges among small firms, which often have limited HR resources and face increasing compliance demands. 

Employers can verify candidate information and support right to work requirements, choosing only the checks they need. 

The service is pay-as-you-go, with no minimum volumes or membership fees.
