Bywater has partnered with infinitSpace to launch ‘beyond Paradise’, a new flexible workspace at Paradise SE11 in Vauxhall.

infinitSpace will operate beyond Paradise across three floors, offering private offices, co-working space, meeting rooms, event space and a hospitality-led service model.

The remaining space is available to let on traditional terms.

The fit-out is being delivered by Thirdway and includes natural materials and design-led features to create a restorative working environment.

The workspace will also offer a curated events and wellbeing programme, gym facilities, and a member app.

Dan Mead, asset management at Bywater, said: “Paradise SE11 was always designed to do more than perform on paper.

“beyond Paradise brings that to life with a workspace offer that reflects the quality and values of the building, and that will help activate the neighbourhood and attract the kind of occupiers this building was built for. We’re delighted to be working with infinitSpace to deliver it.”

Wybo Wijnbergen, chief executive at infinitSpace, said: “This is exactly the kind of building we want to operate in.

“It’s design-led, sustainable, and built for the long term. beyond Paradise will offer occupiers something genuinely different: a workspace that supports how people actually want to work, rooted in the local community and connected to a wider ecosystem of amenity and experience.”
