Aviva said it is part of a commitment to support financial wellbeing, as many employees balance financial priorities and retirement savings.

Aviva has expanded access to Tembo’s mortgage support service following a pilot, making it available to a wider range of workplace pension customers and their employees.
The service gives people specialist mortgage guidance and support with home ownership.
Aviva said it is part of a commitment to support financial wellbeing, as many employees balance financial priorities and retirement savings.
Simon Ellis, director of workplace pensions at Aviva, said: “We know that owning a home is at the heart of many people’s financial goals.
“By giving our workplace pension customers access to Tembo, we’re aiming to help people escape the rental trap and become home owners – a key component of broader long-term financial wellbeing.
“The addition of Tembo also aims to help employers by enabling them to offer meaningful support to their workforce.”
Ellis added: “This is another step towards our commitment to preparing savers for better retirements.”
Richard Dana, CEO of Tembo, said: “We’ve been proud to work alongside Aviva to help more people understand and improve their mortgage options.
