73% of workers in hybrid-working businesses said their open-plan office was now much noisier since hybrid working began.

Most workers who returned under new rules did not find the focus they needed at work.
Only 31% thought their employer took noise problems seriously.
Nearly seven in 10 did not believe their company made office acoustics a priority.
72% reported that there were no quiet zones at work.
