WIBF strengthens people leadership with new CPO and deputy CPO

Women in Banking & Finance (WIBF) has appointed Joanna Scott (pictured, left) as chief people officer (CPO) and Charlotte Mummery (pictured, right) as deputy CPO. 

Both join the management board to lead people strategy and volunteer engagement, supporting organisational growth and strengthening volunteer experience across the UK.

Scott brings experience from her current role as head of people services at the National Wealth Fund and has held senior HR positions at Link Group and Nobia. 

She has also served as a trustee director for a defined contribution pension scheme. 

Mummery is currently head of people at Perenna. 

Her experience spans leadership, culture, talent and organisational development across multiple sectors. 

Scott said: “I’m incredibly excited to be joining Women in Banking & Finance. Its purpose —promoting diversity and gender equality in financial services—resonates deeply with me, both personally and professionally, and I’m looking forward to contributing to an organisation so closely aligned with my own values.
