VinciWorks has launched three new upgrades to its Client Portal – Insights, Assignments and AI Enhanced Editing.

The features are designed to help learning and development (L&D) and compliance teams manage, deliver and measure training outcomes from a single platform.

Insights is a dashboard that gives L&D and compliance teams more detail on whether learners understood the material and where gaps exist.

The dashboard maps assessment questions to learning objectives, tracks attempts needed to pass, and gives a risk score based on how users respond to scenarios.

It also includes embedded speak-up statements to measure employee confidence in reporting misconduct.

Assignments is a training management system built into the Portal, allowing teams to create, deploy and track training in one place.

Bulk uploads, customisable reports and mobile app access are included.

Kerry Meadwell, L&D business partner at Potter Clarkson, said: “The assignments section was brilliant.

“Being able to easily filter what you need to see and report on what you need, is fantastic.

“For us, single access sign-on and security are crucially important, and having that across a unified system is a big advantage.”

AI Enhanced Editing lets administrators make updates to training content across an entire course with simple prompts, without manual editing.

Content can be adapted for different regions, industries and policies within minutes.

Alyssa Redsun, head of product (courses) at VinciWorks, said: “Compliance training has often been treated as a box-ticking exercise, and the tools used to manage it have reflected that.

“What we have built with these three upgrades is a response to what clients have been telling us for years: that they need to demonstrate the real impact of their training programmes, not just report on who clicked through.

“Insights, Assignments and AI Enhanced Editing give teams the intelligence and flexibility to do exactly that.”

Avi Arya, head of product (portal) at VinciWorks, said: “The feedback from beta users was consistent: once training content and training delivery are in the same place, the entire workflow changes. Everything you need is where you expect it to be.

“Assignments feeds directly into Insights, so every training action becomes part of a coherent picture.

“For L&D leaders who have spent years managing two or three systems at once, that is a material difference.”
