TFAS Compliance Services has launched its 2027 Ready Programme, a support initiative for financial advisers ahead of inheritance tax (IHT) and pension changes coming in April 2027.
The programme brings together specialist partners to provide guidance, education and practical tools for advisers.
From 6th April 2027, unused pension funds and death benefits will be subject to IHT.
TFAS created the 2027 Ready Programme to give advisers access to a resource hub with technical articles, guides, videos, calculators and client-facing material.
The compliance toolkit includes a pension succession decision tool, a guide to the changes, planning measures, adviser considerations, client scenarios, frequently asked questions and a readiness plan for April 2027.
A weekly webinar series starts in September 2026, delivered by partners including Aegon, Downing, M&G, Aviva and Columbia Threadneedle.
Advisers who attend all four sessions will unlock a bonus CPD assessment and certificate.
Richard Ardron, chief commercial officer at TFAS Enterprises, said: “The April 2027 changes represent one of the most significant shifts in financial planning we have seen in decades.
