Kier appoints director to lead Kier Places Workplace Solutions

Kier has appointed Dan Andrews (pictured) as director of Kier Places Workplace Solutions, to strengthen its facilities management (FM) and technical services offer.

Andrews will lead the workplace solutions business and focus on service delivery, technology and working with clients to improve performance. 

He joins from CBRE’s global workplace solutions division, where he was executive director.

Andrews said: “The facilities management sector is on the cusp of significant change. 

“The pace of technological advancement over the last year alone points to an exciting future, and that creates a real opportunity for Kier.

“The business is in a strong position to combine the scale, infrastructure and credibility of a major plc with the agility to adapt, innovate and move quickly.” 

Andrews added: “As a business, we’re in the right place at the right time and investing in the right areas – particularly in technology and our people.
