Countrywide Surveying Services maintains 100% AssocRICS pass rate
Countrywide Surveying Services has achieved another 100% pass rate in the latest AssocRICS assessment window, with all 13 trainee surveyors successfully gaining qualification.

Countrywide Surveying Services (CSS) has recorded a 100% pass rate in the latest AssocRICS assessment window, with all 13 candidates from its most recent trainee cohort successfully achieving qualification.
The results continue the company’s track record in developing new surveying professionals and form part of its ongoing investment in supporting new entrants into the residential surveying sector.
CSS said its training programme combines technical learning, practical field experience and mentoring, helping trainees develop the skills and knowledge required to progress towards professional qualification and build careers within the industry.
The latest cohort’s success comes as the business prepares a further six trainee surveyors for the next AssocRICS submission window in July. A further six trainees joined the company in May and are currently working towards qualification later this year.
Recruitment is also underway for the next intake as CSS continues to expand its training programme and support career development across the residential surveying profession.
Sarah Chalmers-Stevens, associate director of learning and development at Countrywide Surveying Services, said: “Achieving AssocRICS standard requires a significant amount of commitment, resilience and professionalism.
“Every candidate in this cohort has worked hard to reach this point and should be proud of what they have accomplished.
“Their success reflects the effort they have invested throughout the qualification process and provides a strong platform for their future careers.”
