CIPD unveils HR30 2026 list recognising senior HR professionals
30 senior HR professionals were recognised for their measurable impact in their organisations over the past year.
The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) has unveiled the HR30 2026 list at the Festival of Work at Excel London.
30 senior HR professionals from sectors including finance, technology, charity and the NHS were recognised for their measurable impact in their organisations over the past year.
The HR30 have been invited to a celebration event on the first day of the festival.
The full list includes leaders from IAG Cargo, Wigan and Leigh College, Savvy Games Group, UNICEF UK, Arm, Aviva, Starbucks Coffee Company, Guys and St Thomas Foundation NHS Trust, and others.
Peter Cheese, CEO at the CIPD, said: “This year’s HR30 recognises a group of senior HR professionals who are not only championing the value of the people profession but delivering meaningful, measurable impact for their organisations and for their workforces.
“As the world of work continues to shift at pace, the role of HR has never been more critical to organisational success.
