Cezanne launches Insights to support HR teams
The new module is built to help HR teams spot workforce trends, answer business questions faster, and use people data to make more confident decisions.
Cezanne has launched Cezanne Insights, an artificial intelligence (AI)-powered analytics module for its HRIS platform.
The new module is built to help HR teams spot workforce trends, answer business questions faster, and use people data to make more confident decisions.
According to CIPD figures, 39% of HR professionals had no access to people data for decision-making, while only half said their organisation used people data to address business problems.
Of those with access, fewer than one in four used it daily.
Julie Lally, chief product officer at Cezanne, said: “For many HR professionals, reporting has become reactive, manual, and time-consuming.
“People teams are often buried in spreadsheets, static reports, and disconnected systems; spending more time compiling information than acting on it.
“Cezanne Insights changes that relationship with data entirely.”
Lally added: “HR teams already sit on huge amounts of valuable workforce data, but too often they don’t have the time, tools, or confidence to explore it properly.”
