Aviva, Hilton and Admiral among UK’s Best Workplaces for Wellbeing 2026
Siemens Healthineers, Coventry Building Society, MetLife and NVIDIA also received recognition.
Aviva, Hilton and Admiral were among 350 organisations named in the UK’s Best Workplaces for Wellbeing 2026 list.
Organisations were judged on leadership behaviours, trust, and the ability to create environments where employees feel supported, can ask for help and manage pressure.
NVIDIA led the large category, Outrank Ltd topped the medium category and ByAtlas took the top spot in the small category.
In the super large category, Infosys, Siemens Healthineers and Coventry Building Society were also among organisations that received recognition.
The large category featured NVIDIA, CrowdStrike, Biogen, Development Bank of Wales and MetLife.
Medium category winners included Outrank Ltd, Hundred Star Games, ILS Case Management, Business First Partnership and Wales Council for Voluntary Action.
ByAtlas, Entec Si, Healthier Business Group, Vetro Recruitment and Purbeck Personal Guarantee Insurance were among those in the small category.
