Working To Wellbeing promotes Dr Anuska Randolph-Stephens to clinical director
Vocational rehabilitation specialist Working To Wellbeing has promoted Dr Anuska Randolph-Stephens to clinical director as the business looks to strengthen its clinical strategy and governance.
Vocational Rehabilitation specialist Working To Wellbeing (W2W) has promoted former clinical services lead Dr Anuska Randolph-Stephens to the role of clinical director.
In her new position, Randolph-Stephens will oversee clinical strategy, governance and service delivery across the business, while supporting the continued development of W2W’s Vocational Rehabilitation Coaching model, which focuses on health behaviour change within workplace settings.
The company said Randolph-Stephens would play a key role in helping W2W strengthen its position within the UK vocational rehabilitation market, particularly across support services linked to cancer, neurodivergence, menopause and long-term health conditions.
Randolph-Stephens joined W2W after building experience across clinical, academic and workplace wellbeing environments. She holds both a PhD and MSc in Health Psychology from the University of Surrey and previously worked at The Royal Marsden Hospital before moving into research roles at the University of Cambridge.
Her academic work focused on the relationship between physical and mental health and how individuals adapt to illness, areas which continue to underpin her work within vocational rehabilitation.
Randolph-Stephens said: “I’m incredibly proud of this promotion. Every day, I see the impact that good Vocational Rehabilitation can have on people living with cancer and long-term health conditions – not just in helping them return to work, but in restoring confidence, purpose and quality of life. It’s work that I care deeply about, and I feel privileged to be part of an organisation that makes such a meaningful difference.”
She added: “I’m truly grateful to the colleagues, mentors and clients who have shaped my journey so far. And I’m excited to step into this role with continued passion and commitment, and to keep building services that genuinely change lives.”
Dr Julie Denning, managing director at Working To Wellbeing, said: “Anuska is an incredibly valued member of our team, having made a big difference to the lives of many clients in her four years with us. Her passion, to enable people to have a better quality of life, including work, and her skill in service development that has a strong evidence base, are second to none and real assets to Working To Wellbeing.”
