ourHRpeople appoints new director to support SMEs
Kethees Pratheepan will support local small and medium-sized businesses with outsourced HR services and consultancy.
ourHRpeople has appointed Kethees Pratheepan (pictured) as its new franchisee and area director for Sunbury-on-Thames.
In her new role, she will support local small and medium-sized businesses with outsourced HR services and consultancy.
Pratheepan has over 20 years’ experience in HR and people operations, including roles at BP, Ernst & Young and Deutsche Bank.
Pratheepan said: “I was drawn to ourHRpeople because of the combination of professional autonomy and a strong, values-led support structure.
“The model is practical, ethical and commercially sound, exactly what SMEs need from modern HR consultancy.
“I am particularly passionate about relationship-based HR, not transactional firefighting. My focus is on supporting businesses with clear, practical solutions that help them grow sustainably.”
