Cezanne HR appoints Julie Lally as chief product officer

Cezanne HR has appointed Julie Lally as chief product officer, marking a significant step in the company’s growth strategy.
In her new role, Lally will lead the company’s product vision and execution, overseeing strategy, innovation and delivery across its HR and payroll platform.
She will work closely with the senior leadership team to ensure the platform evolves in line with the changing needs of customers, employees and the wider world of work.
Lally brings more than 25 years of experience in people and payroll technology.
Her career includes senior leadership roles across product, growth and commercial functions at major industry organisations including Zellis, ADP, MHR, Mitrefinch, The Access Group and Ciphr.
She also brings deep industry engagement, having spent over a decade as a tutor with the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals.
Lally said: “It’s a real privilege to be joining Cezanne at such an important stage in its journey.
“There is a strong sense of responsibility that comes with the role, given the expectations of both our customers and our people, alongside the impressive platform and passion for innovation across the business.
