Evelyn Partners has completed the sale of its employee benefits consultancy business to Howden.
The sale marks the formal transfer of Evelyn Partners Financial Services Limited (EPFS) and its team to Howden.
The move was part of Evelyn Partners’ strategy to focus solely on wealth management.
Paul Geddes, CEO at Evelyn Partners, said: “We are pleased to confirm the completion of this transaction which concludes the streamlining of Evelyn Partners, ahead of us becoming part of the NatWest Group plc.
