South East law firm DMH Stallard has strengthened its employment practice with the appointment of Doreen Reeves (pictured), who joined the firm on Monday, 13th April and will be based in the firm’s London office.
Reeves has more than 20 years’ experience in employment law and brings a breadth of expertise gained across trade unions, government, and private practice roles.
Reeves has acted in landmark employment cases, including the notable Alison Irwin v Experian Ltd decision, which concluded that menopause could qualify as a disability under the Equality Act 2010.
She has also acted in cases supported by the Equality and Human Rights Commission.
Reeves said: “I am delighted to be joining DMH Stallard and becoming part of such a highly respected and ambitious firm.
“The strength of the employment team and the firm’s commitment to delivering exceptional client service make this an exciting opportunity.
“I look forward to working with colleagues across the firm and continuing to support clients through complex and high-stakes workplace matters.”
Rustom Tata, partner and head of employment at DMH Stallard, said: “We are very pleased to welcome Doreen to the firm.
“As workplace disputes and discrimination claims become increasingly complex, her deep expertise in high-stakes employment litigation and senior executive matters will be invaluable to our clients.
