96% of employees at E.ON recognise menopause support at work, survey finds
The 2026 Menopause Survey found that 86% feel comfortable talking about menopause at work and 84% feel confident discussing it with their manager.
E.ON’s latest survey has shown that 96% of employees recognise the company’s commitment to supporting employees through menopause.
The 2026 Menopause Survey included responses from over 300 employees and pointed to continual improvement in openness and practical support.
The survey found that 86% feel comfortable talking about menopause at work and 84% feel confident discussing it with their manager.
The impact of menopause on work is clear, with 88% saying it affects their working life.
Among those who requested adjustments, 69% said changes were put in place, such as flexible and hybrid working and better temperature control.
89% rated their manager as supportive.
