Concerns about job security have grown, with 69% saying they felt more worried than last year.
77% expected unemployment to rise and over half thought more businesses would close in 2026.
Recession fears were widespread, with 92% of workers saying they were concerned about the UK entering a recession this year.
Cost-of-living pressures also remained high on the list of concerns.
59% of workers worried their pay would not keep up with costs, while 58% said the cost of living was a major worry.
