The Access Group was recognised for keeping a strong focus on employees during growth in artificial intelligence (AI).
The group has continued with its ‘Love Work. Love Life. Be You’ approach, which supported high engagement as the company grew internationally.
Research from The Access Group found 41% of employees were concerned about the impact of AI on their jobs, compared to 25% of HR leaders.
The company said it prioritised human oversight and transparency to address this.
Caroline Fanning, chief employee success officer at The Access Group, said: “Winning Human Company of the Year proves our assertion that size and soul aren’t at odds.
“In a world where technology companies tend to be perceived as simply deploying cold, automating solutions, we’ve been totally committed to empathy, wellness, and real belonging.
