Jessica O'ConnorRobert Walters, the global talent solutions partner, has appointed James Milligan as global head of consultancy.
Milligan will report directly to the global managing director of consultancy and EMEA outsourcing and will be responsible for driving the global strategy of Robert Walters Consultancy solutions.
He brings more than 25 years of international leadership experience within a FTSE 250 organisation, spanning consultancy, professional services, output based project solutions, hire train deploy, and digital transformation.
Milligan joins Robert Walters from Hays and Emposo, where he held senior global leadership roles, leading their rapid expansion across 11 major markets.
