Pensions UK strengthens policy committee with 21 new members

Pensions UK has made changes to its governance structure, bringing in 21 new members to its defined benefit, master trust, local authority and defined contribution (DC) committees.
The move comes as the terms of some existing committee members ended.
Joining the defined benefit (DB) Committee are Andy Fryer from Just Group, Edward Banister from BAE Systems, Louise Witts from HSBC, Mathew Webb from Legal & General, Niamh Hamlyn from Travers Smith, Philip Goss from Linklaters, Rob Durbin from PI Partnership Group and Zoe Burdo from LCP.
New members of the Master Trust Committee include Ruari Grant from TPT, Paul Kitson from EY and Kate Smith from Aegon.
The Local Authority Committee has added Lana Watson from London Pension Fund Authority, Daniel Chessel from Essex Pension Fund and Andrew Stone from South Yorkshire Pension Fund.
The DC Committee welcomes Alastair Black from Aberdeen/Standard Life, Anne Jones from WTW, Muntazir Hadadi from FirstGroup PLC/First Bus, Stephen Budge from LCP, Dale Critchley from Aviva, David James from Travers Smith and Lissa McGown from Lloyds Banking Group.
